Looking for information on Thomas BROWN, born Vermont 1813, married Mary Ann Griggs, born 1815 Kentucky. They moved to Des Moines Co., had children, Mary Ann, b.1837 in Ohio, and the rest born in Iowa---George, b. 1841, Jerusha, b. 1843, Levi, b. 1845, Jasper, b. 1854, Greenleaf, b. 1857, and Cora, b. 1859.
Cora married Hiram GRAVES. Would like to find death dates and marriages of all.
Also, can anyone cast any light on from where the name "Greenleaf" would have come?
